Can't Download Nutrition Data (ProxyServer)

I am behind a proxy server so ChickenPing is unable to download the USDA database. Can someone tell me the web link for the database and what folder it needs to be put in so I can download it manually?

The database is converted from the MDB format supplied to SQLite, and some fields are removed to save space. You wouldn't be able to download one unless somebody could host a 70Mb download.

What files do I need to copy over? I'll just install chicken ping on another computer that doesn't go through the proxy server and download it and copy it to a flash drive.

Just nutrition.db3 from ChickenPing's installation directory.
